Randy Mancl started Mancl’s Excavating in 1991 when he graduated from high school. He started with a rubber-tired backhoe, a skidsteer, and a single axle dump truck. As Randy grew the business he added more equipment to support returning and new clientele.
Randy & Tammi’s sons, Tanner, Max, and Kole have been in the business since they were 14 years old. The girls, Kenzie, Kallie, Madyson, and Jessica were also working for Tammi in her lawn care business. Today Madyson and Jessica have taken over and are now operating the lawn care business.
Randy had partnered with his Dad Wencl Mancl and Marc Schwanke through the years. Now Randy and his wife Tammi own and operate the business with their children.
